Close to the pool.. Our condo is the lower corner end unit in the picture. The private corner location with a spacious outside lanai overlooks the pool, spa, and barbeque area. The villa is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds, nearby golf, and tennis.

Our living room is decorated in Island Style, and is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a brand new flat panel TV. We have a DVD player, a stereo with a place to connect your iPod, and a few movies for relaxing after a day at the beach. |

Before our remodel |
We've done a complete kitchen remodel and added wood cabinets, granite countertops, a new sink and faucet, and new stainless appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave). The kitchen is fully furnished with the same items you'd find in your kitchen at home. Since we have children, we eat most of our dinners at home on our lanai, so the kitchen upgrade is our favorite. |

Our Master Bedroom has a King bed and is also decorated in Island Style. There is a private Master Bath and a separate entry to the outside for maximum privacy. There is also a small kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator so if there are members of your party utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room, you can make coffee, step out onto the lanai, or leave the condo for an early morning walk on the beach without disturbing anyone.

The Second Master Bedroom also has a King bed, a desk, and a TV. It's located on the opposite side of the condo from the other Master Bedroom for maximum privacy. |

The Second Bathroom off the Second Master Bedroom has new cabinets and both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. A hair dryer is also provided in this bathroom.

Our lanai overlooks one of the 2 pools in the complex. There is a teak table which comfortably seats 4, and 2 lounge chairs for reading. |

We've provided beach chairs and beach towels, a cooler, and other supplies for a fun-filled day at the beach or pool. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. We even provide your laundry detergent! We hope that you have a wonderful stay with us!
