1. Contact us to confirm that your dates are available.
2. We will e-mail you a Rental Agreement detailing your total costs (and other information) and will mark your dates Yellow on the calendar.
3. You review the Rental Agreement (make sure your dates are correct!) and mail us a signed copy along with 2 nights deposit.
4. Once we receive the signed Rental Agreement and deposit money, we will mark your dates Red on the calendar.
5. Full balance is due 60 days before arrival.
6. Once full payment is received, we will e-mail you the Check-in instructions.
7. After your vacation, we will return your security deposit less any damage or extra cleaning costs.

-Balance due 60 days before arrival
-No smoking or Pets
-Cleaning fee charged for stays less than 7 nights
-$200 security deposit which will be refunded after inspection (covers damage to unit, excessive cleaning, etc.)
-Check in at 3PM, check out at 10AM
-Minimum 10-night stay during Christmas

Cancellation:
60+ days prior to arrival:
            Charge of 1 night deposit
Within 60 days of arrival:
            Charge of 2 nights deposit plus balance due unless unit is re-rented
